SC Villa welcome newly promoted Kigezi HomeBoyz FC to Muteesa II Stadium, Wankulukuku, on Tuesday, 15 September 2026, for Matchday Four of the 2026/27 StarTimes Uganda Premier League.
The encounter will be the first competitive meeting between the two sides, marking the beginning of a new chapter in their respective histories.

The Jogoos head into the fixture in confident mood after securing back-to-back victories, including a derby triumph. Villa will look to build on that momentum, make full use of home advantage and secure maximum points.
Team News
SC Villa will be without U20 representatives Raymon Barasa and Gilbert Ogenrwot, who are away on national team duty and will therefore miss the matchday squad.

The Jogoos will also miss the presence of Najib Yiga and Isaac Mpagi. Yiga is still recovering from injury, while Mpagi still serving his red-card suspension.
Villa will be aiming to maintain their positive run and deliver another strong performance in front of the home faithful.
Pre-Match Reactions

Aslam Semakula
“As players, we are ready and focused on maintaining our current form. The coaches have equipped us with everything we need ahead of tomorrow’s game and have worked with us to correct the mistakes from our previous derby. We are fully focused and determined to fight for all three points.”

Željko Kovačević
“It’s not easy to play two consecutive home games. It requires character and confidence, and that is what we need going into tomorrow’s match. We want to play fast, create chances, score goals and win the game.
“Barasa and Gilbert will be away with the U20 team, which is okay because we have a good pool of players to choose from. We will also miss Najib, who is still recovering from injury, but we have enough quality within the squad to field a strong team.”
